I visited with my family. The staff members were super friendly and helpful . I especially liked that the hotel offers tuk-tuk service to the beach. Complimentary bicycles let you explore nearby areas easily. The hotel also has a spa. I found it very relaxing. The breakfast buffet impressed me with its variety. I ate different dishes each morning. The room had a nice balcony with a drying rack. This was very useful after beach visits. I could dry my clothes quickly and easily. I appreciated the attention to detail. The hotel grounds had lots of greenery and flowerswith a quiet setting. The beach is only a short walk away, about five minutes. I liked how close it was. The gym had a few machines. I used the treadmills. The rooms are cozy. The rooms are well-appointed too!!! The front desk was cute. I enjoyed the convenient tuk-tuk service. This hotel gave me a nice experience.
I noticed that some guests reserved the loungers very early with towels. It was a bit hard to find a free one by the pool.

a nice getaway!

i felt a warm welcome. the staff greeted me with such genuine smiles. the hotel provided a calm and relaxing environment (i enjoyed my stay!). i always felt the team were great too ensure i had a wonderful experience. i especially enjoyed the modern, calm vibe upon arrival. i can't wait to return to my second home in 2025.
i only wish the hotel offered a slightly wider selection of international teas at breakfast.

the pool area features ample loungers alongside a shaded section. the well-equipped gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. guests can access a doctor on-site for consultations. the hotel provides a secure, guarded parking area for vehicles.

the hotel offered tuk-tuk service to the beach. i used bicycles for exploring. the rooms included a drying rack on the balcony, so wet clothes was not a problem.
i noticed the room was a little small.

The rooms are very clean. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is very clean. The food is excellent throughout the hotel. The breakfast selection was good. The hotel offered different mains all three days including the regular staples.
The hot water system is not great. It takes time for the water to heat up.

The hotel has a pool, and it features a live band in the evenings. There are specialty restaurants on site. The location IS close to the airport and a short walk to a quiet beach.

The staff at the restaurant are always on their toes. Housekeeping is very efficient. The staff to guest ratio was excellent. This IS probably the best I have seen in hotels.

I found the gardens were well kept with diverse plant life. i particularly enjoyed the pool area. There were ample sun loungers available. the main restaurant offered a good variety of dishes (the seafood grill was excellent).
the wifi signal was sometimes weak in certain areas of the room, a minor inconvenience.
